The Old Bakery is a hub of creativity.  A bit like a 'rabbit warren', it is a collection of businesses, artists, craftspeople, a coffee bar and even an events space.

All housed in an historic building by the river in Cornwall's capital city of Truro.  

It's a beautiful location, with the ebbing and flowing of the tidal river, and all the wildlife it supports, making us feel far from a city centre location.

The studio itself has a loft feel.  Exposed beams and industrial features give a hint of the buildings past. Mirrored walls, underfloor heating and a compliment of profession Pilates equipment create the comfortable, fresh and professional Pilates experience that a modern studio should deliver.
