Private Lessons
Standard Rate (Ad Hoc appointments)
1:1 £60 per hour
2:1 £30 per person per hour
(invoiced in advance, can be cancelled/rescheduled with 24hrs notice)
Block of 4 Private Lessons (Ad hoc appointments, valid for 4 months)
1:1 £200 (£50 per session)
2:1 £220 (£55 per session, i.e £27.50 pp)
(invoiced in advance, can be cancelled/rescheduled with 24hrs notice)
Prepaid Regular Weekly Appointments
1:1 - £46 per hour
2:1 - £50 (£25 per person per hour)
(invoiced monthly in advance, can be cancelled/rescheduled with 24hrs notice. Holiday/Travel pauses are fine)
T&C : All private lessons are subject to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made with the 24 hour period are charged the full session fee.

- Studio Group Class clients can book ad hoc 1:1 for the discount rate of £46
- Pilates Teacher's Discount : 10% off Standard Rate and Blocks of 4 for trainee and certified teachers.
Studio semi-private Apparatus classes
Max of 4 people in the group. Individual attention. Mindful, personalised teaching approach. Exercises chosen to suit your health concerns, fitness level and practice skill.
Move at your own pace whether it be careful and considered or more athletic; make it your practice.
Full Studio Apparatus (reformers, Konnector, tower, cadillac, chairs; high, low & arm, barrels; big and small, Ped o pull, accessories).

Sold as a term, with no drop in option for health and safety, and to facilitate continuity and progress.
- These classes are priced at a nominal rate (2020 prices) to offer a lower priced apparatus option across the timetable. No refunds for missed sessions (though catch up classes are often available subject to availability).
Studio Semi-Private Restorative Matwork
Small group matwork class. Max of 4 people in the group. Ideal for those who need either a more careful considered approach or are looking for closer attention.
The level of this class is gentle/focused and suitable for most people including those with injuries or mobility issues. Note that the studio is on the second floor so 2 flights of stairs have to be negotiated.
£15 per session sold as a term e.g. 6 week term £90 per person.
All equipment provided.
Sold as a term to minimise disruption, and facilitate continuity and progress

Matwork
Group matwork class.
General Level suitable for beginners and those looking to progress.
Class held in the Old Bakery Studio's River Room on the ground floor.
Entry street side through Door no.2
Please bring your own mat to class.

Livestream Mat on Youtube
There is no charge for this session.
You can just join the livestream at the stated time on my Youtube channel and take part.
If you can't make the livestream you can catch up at a time that suits you from the recording that will be in the channel video library.
