Private Lessons

I have two pricing structures to choose from to keep things as simple as possible.

FLEX and COMMIT.

​

FLEX (ad hoc appointments)

​

• 1:1 £55 per hour

• 2:1 £55 (£27.50 per person) per hour

​

(invoiced in advance, can be cancelled/rescheduled with 24hrs notice)​

​

COMMIT (regular weekly appointments)

​

• 1:1 - £48 per hour 

• 2:1 - £50 (£25 per person) per hour

​

(regular weekly attendance.  Invoiced monthly in advance, can be cancelled/rescheduled with 24hrs notice.  Short Holiday/Travel pauses are fine)

​

T&C : All private lessons are subject to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made with the 24 hour period are charged the full session fee.

- Pilates Teacher's Discount : £48 per hour for trainee and certified teachers.

Studio Apparatus classes​

​

• Max of 4 people in the group.  

• Individual attention.

• Mindful, personalised teaching approach.

• Exercises chosen to suit your health concerns, fitness level and practice skill.

• Move at your own pace whether it be careful and considered or more athletic; make it your practice. 

• Full Studio Apparatus (reformers, Konnector,  tower, cadillac, chairs; high, low & arm,  barrels; big and small, Ped o pull, accessories).  ​

• Class Duration 1 Hour

​

• Gentle & L1/L2 Classical Matwork

• Group Matwork class

• General Level suitable for beginners and those looking to progress.  

• Class Duration 50 minutes
